I'm starting to realize just how many Cougs I'm working with this coming summer! It's getting me really excited because I know these weddings will be a good time.

When I learned that Zack & Mel's wedding was going to be located in Portland, and catered by local food trucks, I basically lost it. A couple with that sort of taste is a blessing to work with, and after their engagement session, I knew even more that it was a good fit.

Zack, Mel, & I wandered around Pioneer Square finding new and interesting perspectives. Some high up, some down low. Different textures of ivy and new viewpoints. Our walking, talking and laughing seemed to blend seamlessly with hugs, kisses, and photograph making.

Not even a mile away the Seahawks were getting ready to play the Eagles at Century Link, but looking at Zack, you wouldn't have been able to tell. Which is surprising, of course, because Zack's an avid fan of Seahawk, and more importantly, Cougar Football. We had to work around the Cougars home game schedule because Zack had season tickets, but I couldn't really argue with that.

Thank you, Zack & Mel, for such a great time! I can't wait to work together in the future. Also, P.S. I want to meet your new pug!
